The Institute for Ethics in Communication and Organizations (IECO), in collaboration with the Human Flourishing Program at Harvard (HFP), the International Humanistic Management Association (IHMA) and the Abigail Adams Institute (AAI), organize this IV Humanistic Management Workshop.

The program is aimed to executives belonging to companies from all over the world, including different sectors and sizes, committed to HM principles, and eager to share and learn from others. Space is limited.

Purpose

The main purpose is to think together, exchange ideas and come up with specific goals and concrete improvements to build organizations that contribute to the common good by developing integral human flourishing, based on the promotion of human dignity through optimal work.

  • The price of the workshop will be 5,000€.

  • It covers: program fee, exclusive participation, meals and dinners.

  • Travel and hotel accommodation are not included.
