Esther Galdón

Esther Galdón, M.A., holds a degree in Industrial Technical Engineering and received her masters in project management from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain) where she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. Her main interests are Science and Technology as key parts of human development. Her abiding interest in the humanistic dimension of the organizations led her to conduct a research focused on organizational ethical culture and the role of ethics in developing human flourishing.

Since 2017 she is a research member of the IECO (Institute for ethics in communication and organizations). She was also visiting Scholar at Hoffman Center for Business Ethics, at Bentley University in 2018 and a Research Affiliate at The Human Flourishing Program (Harvard University) in 2019.
