Ignacio Gil developed over 20 years ago two lines of research in Management and Information Technology. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and Business Administration and Management from the University of Valencia, Bachelor in Information and Degree in Market Research and Techniques (Barcelona). He has also completed postgraduate studies at IESE-PDD and Master in Management Information Systems from the UPV.
Dr. Gil Pechuán is currently Accredited Professor of University in Organizations Management and Information Systems at the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Dpt. Business Administration), where he has held several positions of responsibility and technology transfer. He is responsible for Spain TC9-ICT and Society
In addition, Dr. Gil Pechuán is the institutional partner of the Polytechnic University of Valencia in IECO, and responsible for the Polytechnic University of Valencia of the Chair IECO-UNESCO “Management, Governance, Trust and Otherness”, the first joint chair with the University of Valencia.
