Rafael Juan
Rafael Juan, a second generation member of the founding family of Vicky Foods, has formed part of the company since 1983. Beginning as Manager of thee IT, Production and Sales departments, he has held many different leadership positions within the company over the decades. He later moved onto the Projects Department where he served as a member on the board of directors, as well as Managing Director of several holdings companies. In 2007 he went on to become the CEO of Vicky Foods, a role in which he is responsible for a team of more than 2470 people.
In addition, Rafael Juan combines his activity at Vicky Foods with collaborations across different business associations, such as the Federation of Business Associations of La Safor (FAES), the Confederation of Business Associations of the Valencian Community (CEV), and the Federation Agri-Food Businesses of the Valencian Community (FEDACOVA). Alongside these collaborations, he also delivers lectures at the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) and the University of Valencia (UV).
Rafael Juan holds a BSC in Chemistry from the University of Valencia and furthered his learning by completing various courses in General Management at the IESE, the EOI and the San Telmo Business School.
