CONFERENCE: THE CASE FOR HUMANISTIC LEADERSHIP

IHMA (International Humanistic Management Association), IECO Partner Centre, organises the First Webinar Michael Pirson Unplugged: The Case for Humanistic Leadership.

The activity will be led by Michael Pirson who holds the Felix E. Larkin Chaired Professorship in Humanistic Management at Fordham University, and is a full Professor with a focus on Global Sustainability and Social Entrepreneurship. He is a research associate at Harvard University’s Human Flourishing Program (HFP). He co-founded the Humanistic Management Network and is founder and president of the International Humanistic Management Association.

Brian Wellinghoff will also be a speaker. He forged his unique perspective as an integral part of defining and creating Barry-Wehmiller’s Truly Human Leadership culture. Brian rose quickly in the organization, working closely with CEO Bob Chapman and CPO Rhonda Spencer.
