The International Humanistic Management Association (IHMA), a partner center of IECO, organizes this activity aimed to young researchers interested in developing academic papers focused on humanistic management.
It is common to see how management theories and models do not keep in mind the dignity and well-being of individuals. In this way, from the IHMA Reading group, they organize conferences to promote research on humanistic managementssince they consider it a fundamental pillar to highlight individual dignity, which is affected by the organizational way of the Company.
Thus, during the virtual session, award-winning articles from the entire field of management will be read, giving rise to a new vision of business management.
