CONFERENCE – An Open Innovation approach to CSR

Conscious Capitalism: An Open Innovation Approach to CSR

The International Humanistic Management Association (IHMA), a partner center of IECO, organizes this online conference that is aimed to professionals attracted by the idea of promoting a more humanistic and environmentally-committed business management.

On this occasion, the speaker will be Frantz Alphonse, Co-founder & Senior Managing Director of AP Capital Holdings, Mr. Alphonse is an entrepreneur in the world of Mergers & Acquisitions, a business strategist, an author, and a philanthropist. For many companies, corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a type of private business self-regulation that intends to contribute to societal goals. Mr. Alphonse wants people to fully associate with how corporations can have a far bigger impact in underrepresented communities and also the ecosystem. His work highlights a simple partnership model between communities, capital, and corporations called “Open Innovation” to promote what he calls – Coalition Capitalism, which is the title of his forthcoming book.

The conference will be co-host by Jennifer Hancock, author of several award winning books and founder of Humanist Learning Systems, and Elizabeth Castillo, professor of leadership and interdiciplinary studies at Arizona State and affiliate and affiliated faculty at the Center for Behavior, Institutions and the Environment.

Live 1 hour video conference using zoom (12:00am EST). Details will be sent before the event once your RSVP is received. Please, note that this is a free event.
