The International Humanistic Management Association (IHMA), a partner center of IECO, organizes this online activity aimed to professionals interested in implementing humanistic management in businesses.
The talk will look at the evolution of companies from CSR to becoming contributing organisms embedded in society and nature. Human Dignity, Solidarity & Social Justice, Environmental Sustainability, Transparency & Co-determination are the values which guide an ECG company at the core of its business operations. The focus is no longer on minimizing harm, but maximizing a positive, regenerative contribution.
The lecture will be led by Bridget Knapper, founding director of Economy for the Common Good UK and a member of the management team of the International Federation of Economy for the Common Good. She has a background in strategy and communications and is a consultant with Terra, the sustainability and systems change consultancy.
The online conference will take place at 12:00 am (EST).
