Luis Pérez

Luis Pérez is a researcher at IECO and at European University of Valencia (UEV). His main fields of expertise are related to innovation in management and humanistic leadership. He is a Professor of Business Organization at the  UEV  where he teaches in the areas of Marketing and Organization & Business administration.

He obtained a PhD in Management Organization from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (2016), an Executive MBA (CEU San Pablo University), and holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Valencia.

He is currently the Director of Organization at the IECO Institute and the IECO-UV Chair of Business Ethics at the University of Valencia. He combines this position with his professional career as Head of Quality Management and Processes at a Valencia Conference Centre of which he is part of his management committee.
