IECO activities promoted ethical thinking in society
The IECO collaborates with several universities to promote a rigorous ethical reflection.
Our research seeks a dialogue between the social sciences and philosophical disciplines.
The Institute for Ethics in Communication and Organizations (IECO) seeks to revitalize the ethical thought in society. The Institute aims to expand knowledge and promote critical thinking about the role of ethics in management, leadership, and communication in organizations. Its work focuses on research, training, and consultancy services.
IECO was founded in 2009 by the Valencia COSO Foundation and, since then, it has partnered universities in a number of countries to promote interdisciplinary research on the ethical dimension of human behavior. The Institute provides its members with technical and humanistic research training that is tailored to their professional needs.
