Rita Jácome

She has a PhD with an International mention in Business Administration and Management from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, PADEM in Fashion Business Management from ISEM Fashion Business School (Universidad de Navarra), postgraduate studies in Marketing and Film Distribution (UCLA Extension, California). and graduated in Communication from the University of Navarra. He has been a Visiting Scholar at the Hoffman Center for Business Ethics at Bentley University (Massachusetts).

She is currently Executive Director of the IECO Institute and of the IECO-UV Chair of Business Ethics at the University of Valencia. After 15 years working for different companies as Director of Marketing and Communication, she currently combines her work at the IECO. with research and teaching at Universities, Business Schools and Organizations in the field of culture and organizational behavior, motivated and humanistic leadership and personal and corporate reputation. She is co-founder of the “It Personal Branding” project, a program for high school and high school students focused on the integral formation of the person to create an authentic and genuine personal image. She is the author of the book “Image Consulting: Dress Styling” published by the Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation of Valencia (2008).
