CONFERENCE – What We Owe to Decision Subjects [Brown Bag Series]

What We Owe to Decision Subjects: Beyond Transparency and Explanation in Automated Decision-Making?

The Centre for Business Ethics at Bentley University, an IECO partner centre, is organising this event for practitioners as part of the Brown Bag Series lecture series. 

The conversation will address on the Contours of a Moral Economy. It will be lead by John Basl an associate professor of philosophy at Northeastern University, whose primary areas of research include moral philosophy and applied ethics, especially the ethics of emerging technologies such as AI and synthetic biology.

Jeff Behrends (Harvard University) and David Gray Grant (University of Texas) will also participate in the conference

The online conference will take place at 2:00 pm (EST).
