IECO delivers professional services to organizations wishing to benefit from the research work done by the Institute. They are aimed to answer the needs of society, which is becoming more and more demanding and requires a managerial approach that places the person in the core of the organizations. To achieve this, we establish channels of collaboration and joint development with organizations and institutions from all sectors, committed to improving the ethical quality of the organization itself and the society as a whole.

OUR PROFESSIONAL TOOLS

IECO has developed tools for assessing intangibles that have been statistically corroborated. When suitably used, these tools can evaluate and assess the internal situation of an organization in order to draw up a plan of action that is as precise as possible. This allows us to design an adapt a different strategy according to the needs and interests of each organization. The aim is to provide personal training program for both, executives and employees, that contributes to reinforcing the values and virtues of the company, and at the same time, to enhance the qualities of each person.

In addition, the IECO has activated an international Workshop for executives belonging to companies from all over the world, including different sectors and sizes at Harvard campus. A two-and-a-half days working forum where participants share good practices, experiences, failed attempts and achievements, in a unique and trustworthy environment, led by Harvard Professors
