The International Humanistic Management Association (IHMA), a partner center of IECO, organizes this online conference that is part of a series of programs on how to teach values in the classroom and the workplace.
On this occasion, the speaker will be Mary Gentile, currently director of the Giving Voice to Values (GVV) curriculum and professor of practice at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
The GVV Project aims to teach how to act with our values in an efficient way, thats is, its goal is to educate individuals so that they can ‘speak through of their actions’ so that they can express themselves in their workplaces.
