The International Humanistic Management Association (IHMA), a partner center of IECO, organizes this online activity aimed to professionals interested implementing humanistic management win businesses.
The lecture will be led by Dr. Jyoti Bachani, currently an associate professor at Saint Mary’s College of California. His research work focuses on developing strategies in non-profit organizations and guaranteeing a sustainable future with the correct use of technologies.
The ‘boom’ of digital platforms and the business difficulties generated by Covid19 is a failure in the traditional business modality. That is why Dr. Jyoti Bachani aims to create an atmosphere of reflection and open-mindedness in her lectures through art. It seeks that entrepreneurs enhance their more creative and decisive side in situations of uncertainty, leaving behind analytical theories that do not adapt to reality.
