Álvaro Lleó is investigating building trust and developing models and tools for evaluating intangibles for people management. He received his doctorate in Business Administration from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (2011), where he also graduated in Industrial Engineering (2006) and Industrial Organization Engineering (2008). He has been a Research Fellow at the RCC at Harvard University and a Visiting Scholar at the CBE at Bentley University (Massachusetts).
He teaches Organization Behavior at the TECNUN School of Engineering, at the University of Navarre. He has previously taught at the Polytechnic University of Valencia, the University of Valencia, the Catholic University of Valencia, the International University of La Rioja (UNIR), and the European Postgraduate Institute. Professionally, he has taken part in several automotive industry projects and has been an HR consultant.
