Pablo Ruiz

Pablo Ruiz Palomino has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Castile-La Mancha (2000) where he also obtained a PhD in Enterprise Creation, SME Management and Family Business. His PhD Dissertation deals with the personal and organizational background of the ethical behavior of employees in business organizations and won the 4th Forética-MSD Prize for Research in Business Ethics in 2009.

Dr. Ruiz Palomino began his teaching career at the University of Castile-La Mancha in October 2000. Since then, he has taught undergraduate and postgraduate Management programs, published specialized articles and papers on organizational behavior and leadership, and has taken part in several regional and national research projects. He has been a Visiting Scholar at the University of Valencia (2009), Bentley University (2009), the University of Arizona (2009), IESE Business School (2010), and more recently at Alliant International University (2014) and the University of Sonora (Mexico, 2014) and the University of Edinburgh (2017).
