Fernando Chust
Fernando Chust, happy husband and father of six children, is a PhD candidate and fellow of IECO since 2014. His areas of interest are education and human motivations. His current research focuses on teacher motivation and commitment. He is an Industrial Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and holds a Master in Business Strategy from University of Valencia.
He is currently a managing partner of the Education Sector Consultants SL (Educa Digital), which is a strategy and communication consultant for companies and institutions in the education sector. He also teaches a Business Bureau degree at the ESIC Business & Marketing School in Valencia. He is a member of the Board and moderator of cases PREF Association, dedicated to the Family Guidance. He is also professor and contributor to Identitas Personalized Education Consultants SL, educational institution that promotes a new education focused on the harmonious development of personal identity.
