Alexis Bañón

Alexis Bañón researches human relations in organizations, ethics applied to organization, and the management of intangibles. He holds a PhD in Business Administration, Strategy and Organization from the University of Valencia (2008), an MBA, a Certificate of Proficiency in Academic Research in Moral and Political Philosophy of Law, and a Law degree from the University of Valencia. He has been a Visiting Scholar at the Center for Business in Society at the IESE (University of Navarre) and was IECO’s Assistant Director from 2009 to 2013.

Dr. Bañon Gomis is Director of quality, organization and people at DAS Photonics. He works also as a professional Consultant and Associate Professor in the Business Organization Department at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. He lectures and has taught as a Visiting Professor in various postgraduate programs. He has been a Manager and/or Director in the private and public sectors for over 15 years.
