IV Humanistic Management Workshop Harvard – RCC
IV Humanistic Management Workshop IECO at Harvard
—PRÓXIMAMENTE–
(nuevas fechas)
This workshop is designed so that managers from around the world, led by Harvard professors, IECO members, and representatives of the International Humanistic Management Association of (IHMA), can design and share organizational practises based on the principles of humanistic business management.
Principles such as: protecting the human dignity of workers, promoting their human well-being and seeking for the best solutions to foster an economy and society which puts people at the centre and is oriented towards the common welfare.
Because the qualities that promote human dignity, such as tolerance, empathy, creativity and humility, are more relevant then ever for those organizations that, in addition to economic profit, effectiveness and efficiency, they base their success on the commitment of their employees. A commitment based on the accomplishment of a meaningful work that contributes to the full human development of all the members of the organization.
This conference is organized by the IECO of the University of Valencia (UV) and the Real Colegio Complutense (RCC) at Harvard, in collaboration with the International Humanistic Management Association (IHMA) and the Abigail Adams Institute (AAI), which are organizing the III Humanistic Management Workshop.
